Daniel's practice focuses on domestic relations, litigation, and municipal law.

Daniel is admitted to practice before the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania as well as the Courts of Common Pleas of Lehigh, Northampton, and Carbon Counties. He is a member of the Bar Association of Northampton County.

Daniel received his J.D. from the Dickinson School of Law of the Pennsylvania State University in 2010 and his B.S. in Biology from Moravian College in 2006. Prior to his work with Fox Tobey, P.C., he served as a law clerk to the Honorable Judge Roger Nanovic of Carbon County.
